If paying in GBP the damage deposit is £200 which is refundable within 7 days on your return. If paying in Euros, the refundable damage deposit is €250 and this is collected upon arrival and a receipt is given. This is refunded upon departure assuming there have been no damages.

Although we do not deal directly with car hire, we can advise.

Some guests may like to book care hire directly with their airline.

There are car hires at the airport.

We can send you links to car hire companies for you to compare – although we do not deal with them directly.

Most definitely. We have children games, buckets and spades for the beach, inflatables for the pool, movies, Playstation 2 with games and controllers.

There are several channels including movies, news, documentaries, UK channels, food channels, kids tv and the list goes on. There are also several languages. The channels are via the internet.

There is also a DVD in the apartment with several movies.

Are mobiles usable and can they use data roaming?2019-12-28T20:33:13+00:00

If from the UK all mobile phone tariffs will be exactly the same in Cyprus as in the UK. Your free minutes, texts and internet can be used in Cyprus.
There is a mobile phone in the apartment if needed. All you need to do is top it up with credits.

Yes there is Wi-Fi in the apartment and the signal is very good throughout the apartment. The code will be in the apartment upon arrival.

Do we have to pay extra for electricity and water?2019-12-28T20:32:10+00:00

During the months of June-September we will take an electric meter reading upon arrival and a reading upon departure. We give our guests 200 units of electric free of charge per week, which is double which should be used in a normal week. If guests go over this amount we make a charge of 30c per unit. This will be explained to all guests upon arrival and they will also be shown where the meter is so they can check it themselves if needed. Unfortunately we have to take this course of action because some guests do not use the A/C units with care and they will leave doors and window open with the A/C units on which is not acceptable. We do not make any charges for the water.

We supply a babies travel cot and a high chair in the apartment free of charge.

We supply a complimentary welcome pack on arrival or tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water.

Do I need to bring any linen, towels, hairdryer or iron?2019-12-28T20:31:19+00:00

Each guest will receive their own bale of towels including beach towel which will be at the foot of their bed. We also include a hairdryer in the apartment and hair straighteners. We also have an iron and ironing board in the kitchen. We supply all linen as standard.

No you cannot bring any pets into the apartment. Smoking is only permitted on the verandas.

Do you provide a shuttle/taxi from the airport to the apartment?2019-12-28T20:30:32+00:00

No, we do not provide a shuttle. Taxi’s are readily available at the airport and should cost anything between €30 – €50 depending on how many passengers and how much luggage. If there are only 2-3 people travelling light, we can make arrangements for transport which should be paid locally and will be cheaper than a taxi from the airport.

Our agent will meet you at the apartment to hand over the keys. Give you a tour of the apartment and answer any questions you may have. All this information will be given to you at the same time as you receive the address and directions.

Checking into the apartment is from 4pm and checking out of the apartment is at 11am. Anything outside of these hours may be charged as extra because we may need to book the rest of the day from the calendar until your departure. Please let us know at the time of booking if you need a late checkout.

If booking directly with the owner you will need to pay the balance 12 weeks prior to your holiday.

Yes, we have contacts with other owners on the complex and can enquire for more than 1 apartment.

Guests have a minimum stay of 4 nights. If they only need to stay for 2 or 3 nights, they will be charged for 4.

Guests can stay for as long as they would like as long as it has been pre-arranged.

We can help you choose which apartment best suits your needs. This all depends on who is in your group, what you like to do on holiday, if you like to be local, if there are children in your group and other factors. We will give you a very honest opinion of what we feel is your best option and you can decide from that point. We get asked this question frequently and we are confident we can recommend and suggest the right apartment / location for our guests because we listen to your needs and have great local knowledge.

We always recommend our guests to take out insurance in case their flight is cancelled or delayed.
