All or our apartments are located in different villages in Larnaca, yet close to the town, beaches and amenities.  The villages are traditional and full of character and vary slightly from one to the other.  Larnaca itself has it's main beach along the palm tree lined promenade with it's endless cafes, restaurants, bars and shops catering for everyone. At the end of the promenade is an impressive
Marina where you can stroll along the pier and admire all the boats and yachts or splash out on a boat trip around Larnaca and Ayia Napa with it's clear blue inviting waters. Larnaca also offers historical and religious interests. Larnaca is a friendly town which caters for couples and families.
 
All the apartments are within a 15-20 minute drive from Larnaca town and Airport.

Oroklini

   
Located in the beautiful traditional village of Oroklini. A mountainside village that plays home to just 2000 residents. Although small, Oroklini offers a range of unique surroundings and coastal views of both beaches and mountains. There are many lovely tavernas, which are a vital part of the village’s social life. Most of the tavernas offer special bouzouki nights. A variety of shops, which provide everything needed for your holiday.  The apartment is situated within walking distance to the restaurants, bars and shops.  Larnaca town is situated close by with its beautiful Marina and Beach and busy restaurants and bars.
 

Tersefanou

   

Located in the picturesque village of Tersefanou only 13km west from downtown Larnaca, 3km away from the azure-blue sea and 11km west of Larnaca's International airport.

Tersefanou can certainly be the perfect area for those seeking relaxation, peace and perfection within this small community. The local hospitality and kindness are just some of the epithets characterising the habitants of Tersefanou.Tersefanou is really a unique combination of beaches, green foliage and clear blue sunny skies and is well known for keeping local traditions.
 

Pyla

Pyla is a village only 5 minutes drive from Oroklini.  A quiet village where you can spend lazy days by the pool and livley nights in the town.  As with all villages it has it's own selection of shops and traditional tavernas.  Directly opposite the complex is a very well maintained park for the children.  Pyla is located very close the the popular Dhekelia Road with it's shops, bars, restaurants, hotels and local beach.
